

ORDER ONLINE | With our office staff safely at home at this time, we strongly encourage you to order online!
72 HOURS ADVANCE ORDERING | To properly follow all public safety protocols, we ask that orders be placed at least 72 hours in advance.
$500 MINIMUM ORDER | To ensure proper social distancing within our kitchen, we require all orders to reach this minimum.
PICK-UPS | We offer pick-ups 9 am - 4:45 pm Monday thru Friday, and 9 am - 1 pm Saturday and Sunday.
DELIVERIES | Base rate of $85 within a 10 mile radius of our address with an additional $4/mile after that. We can drive far and create a nice set-up for you or a contactless delivery.
CANCELLATIONS | Because we must schedule and prep food per order, we are unable to refund or credit any order once payment has been made. If you should need, we are happy to coordinate the donation of your order to our non profit partner.
SUBSTITUTIONS | We are a seasonal kitchen that supports small farmers. At times, especially now with supply chains obstructed, we may make ingredient substitutions without notice. We promise they will be the best quality.
SMALL GATHERINGS | Please email info@heirloomla.com with all of your event's information or fill out our questionnaire.
FUTURE CATERING EVENTS | We are so excited to talk about the future! Typically we pride ourselves in same day rapid fire responses but due to the limitations of covid, our sales team may take up to 48 hours to respond to your request for an event that is months away. We seriously cannot wait to get back to large, joyful events with you!
GIFT CARDS | We offer gift cards that can be redeemed here for online ordering or used as a fun cooking class over Zoom. These cooking classes are really popular.
