Holiday Reheating Instructions

Entrées - Preheat Oven to 400°F (or 375°F for Convection Ovens)

Whole Roasted Mary's Turkey

Carve turkey off the bone, slice and shingle in provided pan, add Stock and reheat COVERED for 20-25 min.

 

Roasted Mary’s Turkey Breast

Slice turkey and shingle into provided pan. Pour Stock on top and reheat COVERED for 20-25 min.

 

Red Wine Braised Brisket

Pour Red Wine Sauce over the Brisket and reheat UNCOVERED for 20-25 min. Garnish with Salsa Verde.

 

Lasagna Cupcakes - Preheat Oven to 400°F (or 375°F for Convection Ovens)

From Frozen:
Remove Lasagna Cupcake from cellophane packaging and place on a baking sheet in the center rack of your oven.

Bake 30-40 min, but if you like the cheese to be crispy on top, bake for an additional 5-7 min.

Remove from oven and allow to rest for 5-7 min.

After resting, remove the Lasagna Cupcake from the aluminum ramekin and plate upright.

Reheat from Refrigerator:
Remove all packaging and place on a baking sheet in the center rack of your oven.

Cover with aluminum foil and bake approximately 17-20 min, or until warm and cheese is melty.

 

Sides - Preheat Oven to 400°F (or 375°F for Convection Ovens)

Braised Jimenez Farm Brussels Sprouts

Reheat UNCOVERED for 15-20 min. Toss to incorporate dressing Before Serving.

 

Smashed Rutiz Farm Sierra Gold Potatoes

Reheat UNCOVERED for 40-45 min.

 

Winter Farmer’s Market Vegetable Caponata

Reheat UNCOVERED for 15-20 min.

 

Crispy Cauliflower Casserole

Reheat UNCOVERED for 25-30 min.

 

Roasted Weiser Farm Fingerling Potatoes

Reheat UNCOVERED for 15-20 min.

 

McGrath Farm String Bean Casserole

Reheat UNCOVERED for 25-30 min, top with fried onions and toast an additional 5 min.

 

Roasted Milliken Farm Yams

Reheat COVERED for 25-30 min. Remove tray from oven and place marshmallows on top of yams. Place back in oven and heat UNCOVERED for an additional 15-20 min. Keep an eye on the marshmallows!

 

Crispy Ciabatta Stuffing

Reheat UNCOVERED for 25-30 min.

 

Heirloom Turkey Gravy

Reheat as desired. Stovetop preferable.

 

Whole Grain Artisan Bread

Reheat UNCOVERED for 7-10 min.

 

 

Pies - Preheat Oven to 350°F (or 325°F for Convection Ovens).

Reheat All Pies UNCOVERED for 5-8 min.
